UPDATE:
There have been some questions/concerns regarding the evaluation fee for the Midget tryouts scheduled for this weekend. The fee includes Registration for the season in addition to the tryout. While there have been a large number of players that have already registered some others have expressed an interest in only attending the tryout at this point.
To accomodate these players you are able to attend the tryout for a fee of $30. Following tryouts there will be limited period of time for team registration and if space is limited priority will be given to those who register first.
If you are interested in playing in the SECYH FULL or SPLIT SEASON Midget program please attend the tryout this coming Sunday April 29th from 10-11:50 AM. You may register on arrival, complete the paperwork and pay the appropriate fee at that time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SECYH will be holding try outs for MIDGETS age players on April 29th 10 - 11:50 AM at the Norwich Ice Rink - 641 New London Turnpike, Norwich CT, 06360.
SECYH's goal for the coming 2012-2013 Midget season is to field both a full season team and a split season team. The priority is the formation of a full season team which will be followed by the formation of a split season team provided sufficient numbers of committed players exist. I am confident there could be a split season team but this will require appropriate player commitment. Both split- and full-season playes should REGISTER immediately for the tryout. If we are unable to form a split-season team those split-season players will be refunded the $300 Registration fee (less the $30 tryout ice fee).
Any Midget aged player interested in playing either a full season or a split season MUST ATTEND THE TRY OUT SCHEDULED ON April 29th 10 - 11:50 AM.
Since we are anticipating that only a single tryout session will be required attendance is critical.
Stay tuned to the SECYH website for any updates.
